The alerts are from the Indicator, not the EA... bring up the indicator and set alert to false... should fix the problem.

Not sure you made the same mistake as me. Once I dragged the EA to a H1 chart while the setting in the EA was set at 240. In other words, H4 has showed a trade and then issued an alert but there was actually no trade in the H1 chart, therefore no trade was taken.

Check to see if you have committed the same mistake as me.

May be you should check the version number of your HGI indicator, both the one in your chart and also the one used in the EA.
