I cannot work out why HGB sends some of the pendings out at the 25 level rather than 20. I saw some bits of code that could be tightened up when I was looking for the source of the problem, but have no idea whether they will solve it or not.

There is a new version of the HGI in Bob's thread. It matters not a jot which version you use with HGB - just remember to specify in the HGI_Name input.

I awoke to another profits increase - balance now up nearly 20%. I would give most of the overnight gains back if I closed the current position, which is c. 400 pips in the hole. Big retraces on a number of pairs, so I shall let the position run and see what happens.

A thingy to watch out for when using art's scripts. Remember that software we write is battling a platform that is total bollocks and the software often looses the battle. Make sure that the script doesn't open a chart twice, as happened to me, and that it populates all the charts with HGB - there were a few missed out last time the crapform crashed and I had to repopulate it.

Quick thought re. the occasional double opening. I have noticed that when I start the Empty4's with HGB that, even though I have the HGI indi on the charts with ALL the alerts set to FALSE, I get the indi popup alerts on start up anyway. Just a thought but maybe the issue with the initial double opening isn't with the EA but with the indi? Not sure if this is possible but I thought I would mention it the event that it might save you some grey hair.

I realise it can't send a trade but I thought it could possibly be sending 2 alerts thereby triggering 2 trades. oh well - worth a thought.

More bugs squished in V 1s in post 1.

I had so many trades open I could not 'see the wood for the trees', so I shut them all down and started again with just Wave trading enabled. It wasn't long before the first group of pendings went out, with duplicate initial trades and one of those with no take profit. This told me where to look and I spotted flaws in the logic - some lines of code needed moving around.

1s is an essential download. With luck there should not be too many more updates to come.

OUCH...am I ever getting clobbered right now! It figures that I would turn off range trades right before I need them. Anybody care to report how their rangers have done in the last 12 hours or so? It seems like this is when they would really help.

i dont know how to post a picture. but anyway i just try the EA 4 hours ago with default settings, i only adjust the screencapture to false and voila! $66!! thanks to the group who made this EA and indicator! hats off!! :hi:
