Al - you need to change the name of the HGI indi in the settings to match the one you are using.

Hello All,

I just finished read all thread and I must say it is quite interesting....I dont want to be amazed with indy because throught my trading carrer (last 5 years) i was amazed many times but than comes frustrations and reality.

This indicator definately have some good base on the first but now I will start to test it and see real benefits/holes.

Anyway thank all of you for hard working and supporting each other that is quite nice and refresing.I come from the forex factory community and that place started to be real annoying with lot of judgmenet and many many bad peoples,scammers and newbies that wanna make really fast money.

They baned many good traders and delete some valnurable threads and i decide to step away a little bit.

I think I found new home here and will be active and try to help with my knowledge and learn from some great seniors here....

I years of my reserch i found out that I funnctioning best with constant range bars chart and i have one good idea how can I implement this indy into my trading so wonder would this indy be good for offline charts?

It is not concepted for offline charts, but best for you will be to test the HGI with your strategy..

HGI provides clear map for the instrument price action.
Can we add the option of active trading for both trend and range and provide option to exit at the wavy lines or at 00 lines?
Is it possible to simulate it using vhands to practice, given that it needs historical minimal bars to function?
The multi trading plans or position trading ideas can start off here to build great foundation over HGI... Thanks all for your hard work...

About trading, this is just unbelievable, I am using mostly big arrows and CSS Waves to guide my moves, and quitting trades when an opposite signal shows up (Wave, Rad, Range or Big arrow). I have closed some big red trades but better safe than sorry and could come back to initial balance after some trades.

My approach is simple, wait for a big arrow candle, run Steve's script (long or short) and plot the 5 trades every 20 levels, sometimes the move goes all the way in just one candle, other times it comes back but I stay in as long as there is no opposite signal.

P.S. - That Hurst indicator seemed quite good, but as Bob says it should be similar to any median indicator on price move, will definitely try it on my charts!

oh we will come back and add Portugal Spain France England and Hungary to the trip. I am going to practice so I can beat Al at golf and chess plus have some more herbal wine. That stuff was good.

Bob,

Just wanted to get clarification on a couple of your trading points in the manual.

On RAD arrow trades are you waiting to the break of that high/low before adding your pending orders.

It looked like on your chart example that when you get a big arrow shortly after a RAD you started multi-trading above the big arrow candle. Is that correct.

Hello all,

I manage to get +167 pips solely on GBP/AUD today in last 4 hours...

First day test was good i had 2 losers and 4 winners but losers are funny regarding winners if you are going with trend....

Time will tell if I can continue with that temp....
