made it compatible with 745 and i changed the settings so it was closer to the pic. the rest is up to you

Another name for this indicator is called SuperTrend. Search in google and you should be able to find it.

no, i don't use mt5 but i imagine someone has ported stepma for mt5
try a google search for something like stepma+mt5 and then if you find a port change the settings to match what ya need

Is this indicator repaint ?
Because it is big dif between : step MA mode 0 (new) or 1 (old)

sometimes a fast way to tell if something is repainting is to start the back-tester in visual mode and drag your indicator to test on it. personally i love repainting indys but only if i know how when a why they will re adjust and what implications this has on future price.
i suspect this version 9 will not repaint any more than a standard MA but i don't use it so you will have to test for yourself. if you find out let us know.
