Partial close EA

Hey guys im looking for an EA that will partially close my position at the distance I set my stop loss.

Ideally it would be a drag and drop system where you drag your stop say 7 pips below your entry then a partial (50%) take profit gets placed 7 pips above your entry, If i moved it to 10 then the partial take profit would also move to 10.

I have tried a few but they either don't work for the new build or are way too convoluted for my understanding.
