HGI for beginners.

Hi all,

Anyone else have the same problem as me (mentioned earlier). The data window (in top right corner) is overlapping, and barely readable. The 'title text' is too close to the data figures and overlaps. I would put a screen capture up, but don't know how to do this.

Advice anyone, or am I talking to a brick wall?

do you use it OOTB, or did you change some settings? Are you using standart windows character size?

Hi Tommaso,

I haven't changed any settings at all, I wanted to get everything up and running first before 'tinkering' I think.
The only thing I can think of is the size of my monitor (32") I wouldn't have thought it was because of multiple screens, as I am sure others are on multi screen set-ups.
What do you think?
I see you just added whether I use standard windows size characters? Possibly not, but never had this problem with Empty4 before now. How can I check the windows character size settings for Empty4?

Do you use standart windows character size?

Probably, I'm not too sure,
edit [yes, font size was set to 150%, when reset to default and re-logged in, now appears correctly]
how can I check/change so that it will not conflict with Empty4?
Or is there an alternative so that I do not have to re-configure character size? I currently use the same computer for my CAD drawings (hence the screen size), but do not really want to keep changing the windows character sizes every time.
It's not too much of a problem though, as I can still make out the figures displayed anyway, albeit a bit messy, but I'm sure I can cope!

hi all,

I have setup the hgi ea on a few charts to try it out on demo but I keep getting the message global profit target reached even though no trades have been taken as yet. Is there something I'm missing?
