Thanks for quick response, I reinstalled the WingDings font v2.55, as I am using windows XP, it is the default version, the problem still remains, arrows not showing, but on the other chart, I put on HGI V15.06, it has the big and small arrow, everything are fine, it is strange. Could you tell me which Version of WingDings font you have on your PC, thanks!

Since it works on the other chart is will work on this 1 as well.
Remove the indicator from the chart that isn't showing the arrows, restart Empty4 and reattach the indicator

No necessarily, Bill. Arrows on the chart are created as an OBJ_ARROW object type and given an OBJPROP_ARROWCODE to specify the type of arrow. ARROW objects created this way have a mandatory datetime anchor point -- meaning to say that they are tied to the chart. The creation of these ARROWS is internal to Empty4 (does not need any fonts -- as these are embedded in Empty4)

The arrows I create are LABELS or BUTTONS, of a particular font (WingDings in this case). LABELS and BUTTONS can be placed any where on the chart and won't move when the chart is zoomed, shifted or otherwise manipulated. Perfect for the Matrix.

The problem is that Daniels WingDings characters are empty (non-existing) for all characters above code 128 (i.e. the extended character set). I have a feeling that this has to do with his language settings or code page conversion tables, but haven't fixed it yet.

Check your input HGIndicator value. It should be the same with that one which you downloaded from HGI thread.

Could have sworn I had the right version, but no....that's what I get for running on 2 machines and not keeping track.

I have suggestion,

I like the idea of allowing the displayed pairs to be changed via an external parameter but maybe it could be taken a step further. What about if the Symbols input parameter is left blank by the user then the HGIMatrix read the symbols file to display all pairs provided by the broker?

Read the thread. This has already been asked and answered at least 2 times before.

As requested by Tebis (Ernst), HGIMatrixMTF now indicates a Trend (as defined by the LWMA60 and LWMA240 on H4), by coloring the SYMBOL names, like so:

GREEN : if BID > LWMA60 and BID > LWMA240
RED : if ASK < LWMA60 and ASK < LWMA240
GOLD : if none of the two above conditions are true

It will look now like this:

It was suggested that this important information was still lacking on the HGIMatrixMTF screen. Mind you, we don't have much more space to display any more information. Also, as suggested by skinner36 HGIMatrixMTF will now include all symbols from your Market Watch panel, if the IncludeSymbols parameter is left blank.
