Thanks so much for this.. although could you have another look as not displaying on a lower timeframe. Works fine on the current timeframe but with D1 timeframe selected it is not plotting on H1 unless I am missing something?
Screen shot of H1 then D1 below:

Hey TraderJoe,
I'll have another look when the market's open, as I'm using my test system for something else at the moment...
Looking at your pics, though, you have the W1 on the hourly, and D1 on the daily... W1 on the hourly should give you a tall, long box, though.
Have you used one of the scripts to update your chart history?
Will post an update if it's needed.
Have fun!

Hey Radar,
I've rerun the atempted force download script checked all 8 pairs I trade and you are right it was the historic data. Now only the audusd, eurusd, gbpusd that aren't displaying so I just have these to sort. Thanks, looking forwards to the open now. Bring on the pips and wishing everyone a successful week.

Hey TraderJoe,

I had a look through the code, and found a spot that I hadn't modified correctly, so here's the fix.
Have fun!

Thanks for the updated MTF Hurst Target v1A indi Radar. Great job with the fib lines in it. It makes a good indicator even better for me.Radar » Mon Dec 29, 2014 12:51 pm wrote:

Hey Pedro2,
Pips400 did all the great coding of the Fib lines, etc. (That sort of stuff is way beyond my skill level).
Have fun!

Hi all
I'm thinking about a conservative trading way with the Hurt filter:
Filter with the Daily Hurt: TMA fast (5) and TMA slow (11) to select the trend
(5 on Daily is the same as 240 on M30)
(11 on Daily is the same as 528 on M30)
The best TF seems to be M30 to have even though signals enough:
So, on M30:
Buy:
- TMA Fast (240) > TMA Slow (528)
- TMA Fast (5) < TMA Slow (11)
You can see an example on the illustration
Sell:
- TMA Fast (240) < TMA Slow (528)
- TMA Fast (5) > TMA Slow (11)
On the illustration: Purple TMA is the Slow on Daily and Green the fast on Daily
I'm thinking about a TP at 100, a SL at 50 and BE at 50:
Like this you take advantage of better signals in trend and have a conservative trading with several months in using it on 24 pairs.
Can you advise me if you think that can work or not
Like this I can start a EA setting to test and share results
We can have lot of opportunities with the HGB system, so I'm looking for others filter to select best signals and avoid DD and I think I'm on the good way in studying Hurt filter
Thanks all to all of you

Is there a way to create an indicator to measure the distance between the TMA5 and TMA11 in pips and show it like a macd histogram, where the TMA 11 represents the zero line?
Or is it possible to reconfigure the MACD to show this?

Hey Sim2505,
May I make a suggestion to your plan.. I filter H1 based on the H4 trend (I now find more precise than D1 for H1 trading) but instead of waiting for 5TMA > 11TMA I just look at the 5 and 11 H4 TMA slope.
For example today on USDJPY we had a nice H1 short as both 5 and 11 H4 TMA are turning down HGI trend signal shows us the way (and HGI trend and range arrows are the only signals I now use with this setup..) :
Today good for 90+ pips with 25pip SL if you took this trade.
The TMA band (blue/red dotted) is H4 11period and the white (solid) line is H4 5period centerline.
The blue/red solid is H1 5 period and chocolate dash H1 11 period
The OBV TMA True's are 5 and 11 TMA for current period. I only enter/exit trade when both have closed one period showing slope moving with/against the direction of planned trade ( or if I can't observe the trade unfold I set tp based on conservative 60% fib for hurst extention)
Give it a go and let me know...
