Spider, your work o this EA is greatly appreciated.
I've bee testing since Xmas break on the 5m and 30m time frame. The EA has been taking RAD and RAGE trades o both time frames. But not TREND trades and today, while chart watching, there have bee a few on the 5M.
Could you possibly have a look under the bonnet? I'm afraid I am code illiterate and I would not know what to look for.

Can you test with the latest version ?
Have backtested with the EA and it seems to be fine.
Trend trades with Hurst tend to be more rare compared to Range and the rest.

Why HGI Hurt didn't take the signal ?
Maybe because I put:
Fast MA Period: 5
Fast MA Shift: 528
Slow MA Period: 11
Slow MA Shift: 240

I put 528 and 240 to detect the daily trend: TMA fast 5 > TMA slow 11 => Trend up on Daily

Is it correct ? because I have doubt ahah

No offence meant but what makes you think that will ever work? Maybe you need to post this on the basics thread or at least learn what MA parameters actually mean.

Agreed.
The EA only does what it is programmed to do, changing parameters do not add extra capabilities to the EA.

I looked several hours charts to find a solution to get the most valid signals in trend direction. I would like to work on a small account, so I hate DD and prefer stop my losses.

I think an other TMA filter option would be better to select trend signals for those want only trade on the trend. As you can see the difference on the pic,
The SECOND with MA 240 filter, it didn't give quite good signals.
So I thought maybe 2 others TMA to filter them would be a good solution. Then, I put TMA true 5 and 11 on H4 and so 40 and 88 on M30 (same as 5 and 11 on H4).

The FIRST chart can eliminate them and offer good signals position (in using: Purple TMA 88 < Green TMA 40)

But I am not a coder at all, I just share my observations. If you think it's useless or wrong, ok no worry

Hi,

Did you modify the TradingTimeFrame for M30 ?
Because what you have on the chart does not match the EA's output.
