The TMA Centered indicators were used by Pedro to model Hurst charts. So Pedro was taking these indicators and using them to model an other system that was quite complex more simply. It was a recognition that TMA Centered worked to do the modeling specifically on the time period it was associated with. I have stuck to the higher time period of 60 and up because this is the model. Pips400 did a nice job with developing a MTF indicator to make this possible. You can use more than 1 of them by using the index to give each a different number.ivanlabrie » Sun Jan 04, 2015 8:05 am wrote:Great, I haven't seen the Hurst target stuff anywhere yet, I'll read the HGI/Hurst thread.
As for the Gann booklet, looks good, I've been playing with it in hindsight, seems really impressive in the 15m charts.
Thanks for sharing!
I debated about whether to use the bands but 10.7 works fine. Why complicate it intraday. Hurst work well with the Fibonacci extension and when based on 60 minutes and up. I recommend trading HGI the way Bob trades it for a good reason. He is the master at trading his systems on Four Hours. It is not just using HGI it is trading it like he does with his layering in of trades based on a long experience with his 10.x systems. Read about how he sets up his trades. You do not need Hurst to trade like this or bands. However I like Hurst and I have stated why.Sun Jan 04, 2015 1:59 pm[/url]"]Well, I was mostly considering using the 10.7 stoch and your ribbons for 15m.
I don't quite get the Hurst signals, since I can't see historical ones, it's a bit confusing at first sight.
No biggie, sticking to 4h or daily is fine for now.

I like the bands there...you didn't find them useful?
