Firesword,
The Trend Down might not be Over yet, I'd Close the Trade like you Suggested and Wait for the Retracement and if Another Sell Signal shows, I'd Sell and Baby Sit the Trade all the way until the H4 Wavy Shows and then yeah Exit and take my Coins, anyway we all have Different Appetite for Risk when it Comes to Trading our OWN Real Coins, it's just my 2 Cents...

Happy Trading Y'all,

You can see the blue boxes which is the wavy lines on the 4H chart and then I marked the 1H wavy lines pink on the 1H chart. You can see they are very close to the same signal. Then I adapted the arrow entrances to enter off of signals from the 1H chart. So 4H approximates wavy lines posted on the 1H chart and then large arrows entrances to get back into a trend using the 1H chart. Kind of a combo 1H entrance using a the 4H slope as the filter. Took some work but I think I got it to work. You can test this and see if you like it on the 1H chart.

Good luck that is all I know. If this works I may try even adjustments for lower TF. Have fun, this version is 16.00 1H designed for use on the 1H chart. It uses the 15.08 update.
Man, I feel sorry for myself that I have to go to work tomorrow.... :D
So much good stuff to play with, and so little time....

Thanks Bob, for your relentless efforts.

Cardinals couldnt even move the ball like 10 yards in the 2nd half, anyway, I thought I would play with HGI, what else is new with me. Anyway came up with an experimental 1H version. It will post wavy lines approximately the same places as the 4H but give you more trades back into the trend. USD/JPY 4H looks like this. The blue boxes are the position of the wavy lines on the 4H chart. This is using 15.08 without Hurst, it is set to false.

Bob,

I Stuck the HGI_ V 15.6 on using your Settings and Color Scheme for the RAD,RANGE and Trend Thinghys since it has No Hurst Settings and also for Obvious Reasons which Steve does not like Anyone mentioning here , let's see if this Works... I hopefully think it should....

Happy Trading Folks,

Fun start to the week, courtesy of The Gap. Demo only, sadly.

I left a fair few trades on the table at the end of last week. Ok, they were in considerable dd but still in the direction of the HGI signals I traded them on. The Gap took care of them all nicely tonight and I closed down the entire position at +257 pips, within 15 minutes of the markets opening.

I am a Global Prime client, so this was a whole hour and 15 minutes before most so-called 'brokers' can even be bothered to open up for trading.

Live, demo or optimised-to-buggery craptesting, I never made 257 pips in 15 minutes before.

Read the effing manual, ok?

Afterprime is the official SHF broker. Read about them at https://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?p=175790#p175790.

I still suffer from OCCD. Good thing, really.

Anyone here feeling generous? My paypal account is always in the market for a tiny donation. pianodoodler@hotmail.com is the account.

Firesword,
The Trend Down might not be Over yet, I'd Close the Trade like you Suggested and Wait for the Retracement and if Another Sell Signal shows, I'd Sell and Baby Sit the Trade all the way until the H4 Wavy Shows and then yeah Exit and take my Coins, anyway we all have Different Appetite for Risk when it Comes to Trading our OWN Real Coins, it's just my 2 Cents...

Market took care of that dilemma :)
Trade closed at initial TP.
That was a nice little trade, first half closed at 114 pips and second half at 250 pips.

Unsurprisingly, GU fell off the same cliff. I missed the trade, but brilliant to see how the trend arrow pointed you towards the trade and you grabbed the pips.
