Executing a missed S/L

I have some experience with trading and EAs but I'm just taking my first step in learning MQL4.

On 2015.01.02 0:900 (Bully Pepperstone) I had an EA GBPUSD Buy @ 1.5545 with a S/L @1.5485

The price went through my Stop at 11:40.

Between 11:40 and 11:58 there were an additional 10 different M1 session touches of my S/L.

OK, so here goes my kindergarden question . . .

Is there an 'if' / 'else' statement in the event of a S/L that isn't executed that would,

1. Provide an Alert. and/or

2. Execute the S/L if there is an additional touch of the designated S/L, or

3. Execute a S/L at the closest point of the designated S/L
