Any one can show the example for use ADR like the way CJ do? He talk with tf15 use the HOD and LOD of day, day use HOD of Week, use 3x ADR to calcute level... but I not clear about that.

Sorry I can't help
For me ADR indicator is only a leash for dogs or a speed limit for a car
You know foxes aren't gods and they have limited funds, even if they control 60% of the market they require rest 40 to earn money. ADR is just a measure how much money they have to push price in their direction or how far they usualy go - nothing more for me
3 times ADR is just a CLUE how far they will push from first level
