thanks for the reply, are you trading the 1H ?

Yes the "expert name" is the equivalent of the magic number.
I asked AG to add this option because it helps me identify the SQ9 trades.
I don't know if this entry is used by the EA for any other purpose.

Tell me something pls, have you tried any other versions of the EA other than 4.2?

Thanks for the info. Yes. I am using H1. I am also testing 4.3. So far profitable. This weekend I try adding the last version. One thing I would like to test is to allow more trades.

I'm testing yet a newer version at the moment. Looks promising.

But I won't make it available until the MASTER gets through with it. Yes I think that a collaboration is appropriate now.

So I will ask Steve if he'd be interested in bolting on a pair of swept-back wings, and maybe a couple of afterburners onto this thing...

More trades doesn't automatically result in more winners.
For example Rev 4.2 trades more often than 4.31
but 4.31 is more profitable.
I'm running a 1 year test atm comparing the 2 and I should have the results tomorrow.
This is on demo, going live will give you different results

thanks for your good work here, i'm very pleased by the v4.3.1 RSI (12 pairs live account), less trades than v4.2 but more accurate i think hey, i've made green pips with this great EA !!

I was working on a version 4.4, but the performance curve went up nicely, and then came down just as nicely. So that one will be shoved to the back warmer for a while.

I am about to PM Steve to see if he's willing to get involved with the 4.3.1. I know he'll be able to add some nicer features to the EA, and also be able to help get rid of one of my biggest pet peeves - my Crim's ever so cherished "Re-quotes". So I think I'll get on with it.

What did you change since 4.31?
Remember some months back I said that taking profit when it becomes available is the way to go?
It looks like it will be hard to get any decent profits otherwise.
