In brief, GP is great.

When 100% margin level is breached (to the downside), it culls the biggest losing trade [ which, when you have many +ve floating trades, is the smallest positive trade :) ].

I like this scheme better than the one of just killing all open trades as many brokers do, since it gives the remaining trades a fighting chance (when you are being MC'd because of DD!) :D

Some non Empty4 brokers (at least one does) partially edge your losing trades to avoid MC... Should GP beat the MT market to it? Not a desirable feature :?:

Great stuff, debugging in Empty4.

Still have the issue that there isnt a snapshot taken for all opened instant market orders.
A snapshot is taken, at the result of a succesfull OrderSend.
Since, it it isnt taking a snapshot everysingle stime,
I can come to no other conclusion, then that the terminal is going further with the program regardless of the evaluation of the result.

So, Terminal is quicker, then the confirmation which has to come back from the server.

Are there other (coders) experienced with this??

The order is opened succesfully, so no problems over there.
But I would like to know what triggered the order. As the symbols which triggered it sometimes dissapeared from the chart.

How to fix this??
For version 2, Go with a quick and dirty fix, of putting a sleep, in the code.
To cause a delay and give the server the opportunity to confirm the trade.

Hmm, maybe look more into matts O_R stuff..
To come up with a neath sollution.
If other coders have another suggestion I am all ears

Think I fixed it, with a changing the order of the code in this EA.

Changes:
* some improvements for better performance mem usage
* Changed range trading criteria, so should be slightly better performance and no rogue trades anymore
* minor changes that would help solving the double opennings
* fixed the mindistance between trades
* Hopefully fixed the screenshot thingy for better debugging.

I am using this margin level check...so no trading if my margin dropped below 375%

UseForexKiwi=true
FkMinimumMarginPercent=375

So far no margin call since the beginning of this week.

Trading 21 pairs, OOTB, 0.05 lots with FXCM broker.

Only no range trading.

+1580 pips on closed trades

-190 pips floating

Hi Gertje, are you using the "medium time frame" setting by any chance? Or any sort of trend direction filter?

Still made over 950 pips today trading 12 pairs, leaving all positions open with 50 pip JS and closing some manually at reasonable profit.

Nope, just the signals except range.
No TP, close on opposite wavies.

The HUGE profit is BS, due to the amount of double, triple, gaziple entries.
Put V2.i on now, waiting to see what happens.
