I can't speak for other days, but the reason DIBS is not trading for the past 2 days is because Market is Ranging. Looking at my pairs now, only one of 8 pairs is trending. I'm on H1.

I am aware of this, and I have noted trade set up on H4 yesterday on GU and it was trending up, and yet no trades open. Weird.

I shall be looking at the charts today for the pairs that are trending and see if any trades taken,

Sorry I did't have time earlier to respond to your comments about the Jolly Roger's Inside Bar Trading EA (June 2011). It is possible that the Dibs ea released afterwards has the NB Trend filter which filtered out the ranging trades. The filter was subsequently removed as it worsened the ea's performance.

That was post-DIBS (circa Sept 2011), the one I haven't tested. The June one was pre-DIBS. And from what I learned from my notes, it is slightly different to DIBS.
And incidentally, I turned on that one (I still have it under a different profile setting) a few hours ago, and 2 trades immediately opened.

The ea you have on now, has it got the Rsi filter ? Can you please upload this ea here ?

Right now, I have spotted a buy trade on GU H1 chart. GU is trending up and price is above today's opening price.

That may be the reason why you are getting the opened trades as the market is ranging apart from GU and a few other pairs.

Here is a screenshot of the missed GU long I mentioned earlier.

I think it meant that there is no ongoing trades at the moment.

The same screen display was present when the ea was trading on my H4 demo last week

What else could have brought it on the screen ?

I have not tempered with the code in anyway other the two fixes I mentioned in post 1.
