Old and defunct Holy Graily Bob

EA's inspired by nanningbob's work here, especially those based on his 240 Moving Average trend detection filter.

Hyperactive order modification

Hi Steve,

Using the new version 2p since today, and have noticed something peculiar. There was a range trade open, for which I will post the settings below. Upon getting closer to its take profit value, the TP on the trade was being changed up to every/multiple times per second. It did this flip-flop between 2 values that are actually just a few pips apart until I closed the trade manually, to avoid GP to lock the account. Did not see this behavior in the beginning that the trade was opened, only as it drew closer to its TP.

I am not using BE or jumping/trailing stops, but I am using an ATR set TP. This issue did not surface before using version 2p, and the version I had on before was 2i.
Could this be a combination of settings issue, or would it be something you recognize as new/changed, given you mentioned "You do not need this update if 2o has been sending the correct tp's with your pending trades." :?

I think it will do what you are looking for. It is very flexible and can close trades based on equity percent or fixed value. It also has a trailing equity stoploss and other stuff.

Yes, it will be the ATR thingy. In complicated coding such as that within HGB, a change here often creates an unforseen problem there. I will find a work around for this later.

Yes sure and indeed taking equity (open trade balances) into account on an automated basket close makes sense.

I think the closing routine on the dashboard actually does this - but not 100% sure.

Hi Steve I have a .mq4 file of another Equity Trade manager that does the same thing as the one i posted about earlier......would this one be suitable for you to do your magic matchmaking between it and HGB ....so that HGB will allow the Equity Manager to have the last word and not keep trying to place new trades ?

A little off topic, but it has been discussed here recently. More fallout from the SNB action. I got this one today so scratch another possibility for off shore brokers for USA citizens.
