It's interesting to see general direction of AUD going down. That would line up nicely with the chance of interest rate cut this Wednesday. Although I personally think the rate cut won't happen, there's very high chance RBA would be very dovish.

Hmmm, Direwolf got me thinking about the upcoming AUD rate announcement, and got me wondering if we could find a map to predict the outcome..

Here's one that matches the down move pretty well, but misses the consolidation at the top beforehand:

And here's another one that matches most the move pretty well, interesting enough it's the 5m chart from last thursday/friday.. what are the chances of this showing up so recently to forecast the rate move?:

Anyway, my mapping ability so far has been pretty hit or miss (especially on EURAUD), so would appreciate any feedback on these. Or if anyone else has an AUDUSD map??

Yep me too, happened yesterday (Sunday) -login attempt exceeded. I just assumed it was because I left my self logged in (probably) on my laptop. Password needs changing then.

Also went long GBPUSD in the morning; looked like an a-b-c at the 73.6 of the previous swing

Expected it to plough on up but when British Fox decided to start playing it around a bit, took my profits and re-applied to others that have made up their mind [ EURNZD, AUDCAD ]

Think I may re-enter now, looks like it's picking up again...
