However, if the general shape still holds and the levels are misplaced, I can still see it go a bit higher than I drew, even to 94.5-95ish, to burn the stops around 01/28 high before going back down to print the C. Something like that:

I think the high point after 'b' is the minor bump before 'a' is formed. So I think 'c' may come alot sooner (probably by NY today)

Have pendings set incase it does

Hi Peter80, or someone can help me to understand please, how do you determine where is the 4H chart situating on the 30M chart at any giving time, or do you also use the overlay chart system.

Try to find shape/pattern from h4 on m15,m30.If You can't see similar shape/pattern skip to another chart.

If you see very recent posts, I was not getting how to do it PRACTICALLY ( and therefore bugged daggerfall and others about it )

For me, having the pattern I'm looking for on-top of the lower TF chart [ i.e, using an image overlay utility ] is what has finally gotten me into the mapping game.

But the essence of all of it is:
a) Find a move on a higher TF (e.g H4); the more characteristic/unique/peculiar, the better
b) Switch to lower TF (e.g M30/M15/M5 ) and look for a similarly-patterned move in the recent past (e.g from 3 months ago going forward). They do not have to match but should be similar [ pattern recognition instead of pattern matching ]
c) Decide if/how you'll play it

If you don't get anything in (b), no worries, just skip to another chart and repeat

Here's a neat script that Tommaso (milanese) coded up for me the other day [ thanks bro! :hi: ]

Got tired of placing MANY pendings manually. So the script does the donkey work

The inputs are very straight-forward
