My internet was for some reason down between 5:52 and 7.

I have buy orders on audchf,usdjpy x2. Pendings on audchf,eurusd,usdjpy,nzdjpy,nzdcad,gbpjpy. Hopefully it won't be much different for the rest of you

Well HGB isn't off to a very good start this week... At least the results are looking a lot more consistent than round one!

I see trading hours are blank in the test input- are we to close all Round 2 trades when the market closes on friday or leave them open over the weekend?

good question. ah, we are probably going to get some wild variations if we all try to close the trades due to different times they are closed. so just leave it, we will be able to make our comparisons over the weekend. probably should've used the trading times though, you are correct.

i see there are two clear groups this week, those that suck and those that really suck. i cant see the common factor between them though? both have a mix of aVPS/VPS/PC and various latency's. anyone got some clues to what's going on?

I noticed the same thing, and I wondered too. A few possible explanations:
1 it's possible that some ppl didn't change their charts to H4, and are running all or some of their EAs on default H1 charts,
2 some pairs are not available on all brokers so a different broker might give a different outcome,
3 the differences are not huge so maybe it's just an odd trade or three being missed on some platforms and taken on others.
4 some may have updated the EA past the 2s you asked us to run, or beyond hgi v15.06.

I think the real issue is when good results start coming in, how will we verify what was actually being run, with what settings, and on what platform? I suspect the answer will be that ppl will need to verify their broker, and save and submit their Profile. I think that should tell all. What do you think?

well i hope everyone followed the instructions properly! its quite obvious that a lot of people didnt due to the various silly questions here.

1. i highly doubt that it due to H1 charts. both groups started with the exact same trades, then started to diverge at some point.
2. everyone is using global prime, cant be broker
3. yes possible, although the different trades seem to be consistent.
4. also possible

did everyone use 2s?
