Gold closed on be.I don't like it.They can go lower before they go up.

only 2 pending got triggered during last week and they both hit TP

They were just my attempt to buy the top and sell the bottom of range.
EUR/USD 5R, hit TP in a blink
AUD/USD 2R manually closed when it stalled.

A manual trade today AUD/JPY unfortunately didn't work. -1R there. Thought it could be doing a bear trap.

Morning, i am really trying reading everything I can, spend hours to analyze charts, try to take trade on demo with very little positive result, what am I doing wrong not having any progress!? I even get up early as 3 am my time to be there for London open, no improvement, when I look back what went wrong OK I see it but why can't I understand before hands.

Very frustrated

Off to work to my day job.

i would be wary of any USD shorts, but hey it all depends on the TF you are trading. I'm moved to trading off the WK or MN, much more relaxing and substantially lesser screen time required

Was too early on USD shorts.

I think the only good timing was on USDCAD [ hit 73.6 and formed a nice bearish pinbar on H1 ]

Let's see if the rest will start turning

usdcad-price past my tp,but tp don't hit.Closed by hand.Now I'm waiting on M
eurusd-most orders closed on be,only one left.I missed this one to set up sl on be.
nzdusd S-positions added.Tp on 0.72

It all depends on your timeframe.. mine is the monthly and weekly and nothing there says to go long. If it does go long, i'm just waiting for the top to form and then i'm shorting them

@go4pips keep trying mate. I have the same problem and the best thing is a break. Have a few days, a week off to really clear your mind. When you come back to the charts you have a new perspective, are more relaxed and see things more clearly.

I usually have my best learning periods when i work really hard on the charts, then have a few days off. Your brain needs time away from the charts to process what you have learned.

Coming back to this thread after a year i see things i never saw before. Also as i have been learning other methods, they are all backing up what CJ says from a different perspective with different names. Learning other people's methods too (price action) and take the bits you find useful back to this method.

Don't give up. Most of these great price action traders learned through long hours on the charts, worked out their own way of seeing through the manipulation, you can do the same.

Thank you for the encouragement heat, I know you right I keep remind myself 'just keep going one day will clear out everything'
my ultimate goal is to learn at least 50% of the trading method what CJ doing.
