Hi,

This week I am going to include in PP dashboard some functions to delete all multiple pending orders at a specific time on a specific day, and also to delete them if trading conditions have changed.

The first function based on time is easy, the one based on trading conditions is more tricky…

To answer your question, at the moment I am deleting the multiple pending orders on Friday evening before market closure.

Attached in this post PP Dashboard V1.05 a. I don’t update post 1 as it’s not a major update.

As suggested by Macman, I have modified the code which is opening new charts when you click on the symbol.

With this update, if a chart is already open with the selected symbol and timeframe PP Dashboard will select this chart and won’t open a new chart.

The tricky part is concerning the template used. MTCrap cannot recognize the template used on a chart…

So if you have a chart already open let say on EURUSD D1 with the template AAA and that you click the dashboard symbol which is using template BBB, the chart EURUSD D1 will be selected, but the template will still be AAA. It do it this way on purpose. You will have an issue only if you are trading multiple strategies on the same MTCrap instance (e.g: PP Dashboard and HGI Dashboard on the same instance).

I have been a little bit lazy on this one… the time to think at a way to manage this.

Initially I thought about introducing an invisible object in templates to identify which templates was selected. It sounds as a good idea but a user who do not know or do not create this object would be lost.

So to keep it simple I have implemented Tommaso suggestion, Many thanks for this Tommaso

Now there is an additional option in the dashboard:

ForceChangeTemplate

If true the template will be changed.

Hello guys
first wanna say thank you for all this to gringoh! amazing job.

For those who cant run the Dashboard indi I found out that the frozen Empty4 situation may came because dashboard indicator dont have in the list of pairs the suffix for specific broker and type of account you may have.
I just edited in metaeditor and added the suffix for all pairs and now work just fine for me.
I have suffix . and i added in metaeditor like this

Yep you are right it is something we have noticed with Taipan and other traders who are using brokers with suffix.

Hi guys,
It is also useful to edit in this way if your broker does not offer all the pairs in the default list or if you just want to load up say one or two pairs.

Loading just a couple of pairs means it is easier to get the dashboard up and running on a computer which is short on resources.

Then manually add any others you need.
Great dashboards ....
