Yes - but it is giving the start level, daily hi and low, in terms of actural price ie 1.5248milanese » Wed Feb 18, 2015 12:17 pm wrote: it does it calculate based to the todays pip movement.. ADR-Start is the daily open...

would be possible but it makes not much sense as this has nothig to do with the adr and you can see it in the values for daily h/l shown..taggie11 » Wed Feb 18, 2015 12:22 pm wrote:

Is it possible to show only as the number of pips moved since daily start?
Doc
I can see what you mean. I guess what I would like to see is IF the ADR of a pair is eg 100 pips, and the pair has moved already 78 pips today, then I would not want to trade it today. Currently, I would have to subtract current price from the ADR Start to get that number. Could the indy be made to calculate that and give a simple number - maybe green if higher than ADR Start or red if lower than ADR?milanese » Wed Feb 18, 2015 12:42 pm wrote: would be possible but it makes not much sense as this has nothig to do with the adr and you can see it in the values for daily h/l shown..
ADR high and low for the day are previsted values to help you with the trading, if price would be higher or lower as this values it is normally better not to trade the pair..

I see your point I will take a look into this..taggie11 » Wed Feb 18, 2015 12:49 pm wrote:

DayHighToADRHigh and DayLowToADRLow are showing you the distance in pips DayHigh/Low to the ADRHigh/Low values are green if you can trade the pair (price was not outsite) and red if you should better not trade the pair...

We are nearly there I thinkWould we be able to get one line for this setting - subtract current price from the ADR Start to get that number of pips and if higher than ADR Start print that number green or red if lower than ADR Start?
In the image below - DailyHigh to ADRHigh is 22.7 - therefore price has moved 114.9 - 22.7 = 92.2 pips. This is the figure I would like to see -92.2 pips - in this case printed green as moved toward ADRHigh.
If not what we have will work fine - we have 22.7 pips left so therefore no trade today
Thanks

OK Tommaso - I hear you (I think ...) not sure I understand the cafe reference but....milanese » Wed Feb 18, 2015 1:48 pm wrote: no! because next time you ask that it makes you a cafè![]()
