Hi Roy,

You should be clicking on the signals (i.e. arrows and waves), not the symbols (i.e. EURUSD etc). And one click would suffice. Also, note that if HGIMatrix is attached to eg. a AUDUSD chart and you click on the signals for AUDUSD, it seemingly does nothing, as it activates (brings to front) the first AUDUSD-chart it can find, which happens to be the one you're on.

Let me know if this solves your problem.

was there any change in v30L ref. the build of the txt file?
Using same settings as in v29 it seems, I don't get any txt log-file.

Hi all

i am posting an erratic problem with the hgi, am not sure whether it is the matrix or the hgi, maybe someone has picked this up before but I think it is enough a problem to warrant a check so that a fix can be applied,

attached the matrix on GU where a gold wavyy is show on GU at H4..it was reflected on the chart earlier..but then it disappeared from the charts as soon as the current candle on H4 rose above the previous candle.

A blue wavvy then appeared..see both captured screen. What problem could it be?

Nope.

The only changes in v30L and v30 are the selection of the included symbols (using the IncludeSymbols, ExcludeSymbols and ExcludeExtensions parameters) and the default value for ShowOnlyHurst (which is false in 30 and 30L).

Not sure if this post belongs in the HGIMatrix thread. As far as the matrix goes. there are two versions, the library version and the indi version. The library version 'recalculates' the signals every minutes from scratch -- and since the calculations inside the library look at future candles, previous calculated signals can disappear or be replaced with other signals (this is called repainting). The indi version of the the matrix, just interrogates the HGI indicator using the iCustom calls, and returns whatever signal the HGI indicator is giving. As the HGI indicator (once loaded) has been coded to not update previous calculated signals (i.e. it avoids repainting), the indi version of the matrix does not update its signals either (except for the signals on the current bar).

Hello I am using HGI 16.04 with usehurstfilter set to true.

I am using HGI matrix V30L, with showhurst=true, showonlyhurst=true and alertonlyhurst=true.

On the matrix page, I will get a trend change large arrow but when I go to my chart with HGI16.04 loaded, I only see the trend change arrow when usehurstfilter is set to false.

Why is the matrix reporting a usehurstfilter=false trend change condition when I turned on the three matrix options listed above.
Thoughts?
