Hi pat ! Great ! Btw I see it now, I stored in the last year already a setfile you created for this bot ! Why did you reanimate this baby ? Interesting to know your intrinsic motivation to do so.

I added the old setfile only to remember + for comparison, not for use !!

Something felt right about it... I also did an experiment without an SL but failed during the CHF black swan. After that i went back to the original file and tried to see how fast i can double a demo account with higher than 0.01 lots. Sort of trying to find the right ratio of risk to balance starting.

have fired this up using patmontes settings, except i'm using pending orders instead of market as feedback over the course of the thread has generally favoured pending for this bot

Just started a demo today on H4 using pending and CSS.

I also threw on pips400's MTF Hurst MACD indicator for H4 and D1 out of curiosity. The H4 should always match stoch, but the best trades will probably come when D1 is looking good too, we will see!

I'm interested to see how many trades it takes with CSS turned on

Edit 2/18:

Turned CSS off, it had only taken 1 trade per day 3 days in.

1 TP, 1 BE, 1 floating loss which will probably hit SL. I attached a screenshot, clearly the market is ranging so stochy bob probably just barely activated the order before it reversed
