Here you go , I hope you understand all inputs, if not just ask.., note you should avoid re-initialzing of the EA, it has a security code for this implatend and should after a restart run as wished.. but this is only thought for emergeny cases (computer crash ecc)
BuyDirection set this to true if you want the EA only work in BUY direction
SellDirection set this to true if you want the EA only work in SELL direction

Edit was not what user wished, removed, you find later in thread latest version

Sorry to report that the EA doesn't work correctly.

The second trade only enters after the first trade is closed. ie it doesn't overlap like the HGI pendings.
Also I haven't seen a third trade open!

Also if Empty4 is interrupted the Stop and TP lines disappear. Even if I reset or reload the EA the lines don't come back.

I don't know if it's possible. I tried to modify it myself but I have very limited coding skills.

the lines are no problem(they are only cosmetic), after a reload the EA closes all perfect in SL like you have set..(this I have tested)
For your opening logic, you must describe exactly what you want and I can code it, I can't unfortunately read your thoughts.
You asked for an EA that takes further trades, only after TP hit, so it is clear that you want see more trades open...

Here is how I think it should work..

If I set...
NextPendingDistanceToTP=0;
MaxOpenPositions=1;
SL = 50;
TP = 30;
Only 1 trade....Trading finishes at SL/TP. I would have to start again to trade again.

If I set...
NextPendingDistanceToTP=20;
MaxOpenPositions=10;
SL = 50;
TP = 30;

first trade entered.....
SL = 50.......>>OrderEntryPrice.......>>NextPendingDistanceToTP=20......>>TP = 30
Overlap (gap) of 10 pips between next pending and first TP.

Next trade entered.....
SL1..>>SL2..>>Entry1..>>Entry2..TP1..>>TP2...
After price reaches TP1 the process continues until MaxOpenPositions=10;

It's very similar to this.....
