the opposite order will not be moved to 40 in case, but will be moved to have never more than 80 pips distance.
What you want to is so far not previsted to do, only a reininitialize will do this, it could be added as an optional, if you need this function.

If restart or reinitialize Opposite(Hedge) would = opening price of trade + 65, (not current price +65)
It is helpful for hedging strategy if distance to hedge could be fixed. But if this means major rewrite then reinitialize after trade so that distancetopending=40 (and not 80) would be appreciated.

I updated the EA adding the wished feature.
Set FixedDistanceToOpposite to true if you want after filling the opposite order to a preselected distance and FixedDistanceOppositePips for setting the distance value.Note the EA will record this to if a restart should be necessary.
You find the EA attached on the first post as always, too you will find there the compiled versionb, as always if you have questions, ideas for new features, just ask it here..

I fixed a glitch in the reinitializing code, the 5 persons how had already downloaded the update, please redownload build 165.

Hi Peter,

as this EA is only a very potent helper for manual strategies , the result will mainly depend from the strategy you use and how you use the HPEA and esp the moneymanagement..

it is probably a problem with the setting you use, that let the EA act in a way you does not want it to act, please attach your setfile, and I will take a look into this

update fixing a problem in the FixedDistanceToOpposite option, caused by a missunderstanding, how this function should work, now this option affects only the initial oppositetrade, but not eventualy stacking trades.

FxFoil has sent me a pm with his settings and I understood that using the new option FixedDistanceToOpposite could cause endless trading-loops if this setting affects not only initial trades but too.. stacking trades..
You will find the new version build 167 attached to the first post, that is fixing this problem..
