Warning - im pretty sure TrendWave trading is broken. it will rapidly open and delete trades on you in certain conditions. i would suggest to disable it in the meantime. there is actually very little point using TrendWave trading if you have already got trend trading and wave trading enabled.

in other news, hopefully we can get the forward test running next week

I have just downloaded and installed the new version of Holy Graily Bob with the following results (see attached) which has me stumped as I thought I had done everything necessary to prevent exactly that.

the alert is coming from your HGI indicator you attached too, to the chart, if you don't want to see this alerts you must too deactivate them in the HGI (if you attach it on the chart)..

I will look at the TrendWave thingy later. Disable it for now.

V 1b is in post 1. You do not need it if you are not using any of the optional trade filters such as the H4 240 moving average, css etc.

I think that Trendinator's bloop spot this morning will have cured the rapid opening and closing of trades thingy. In coder's terms, I had accidentally swapped HGI buffer 6 with 7, so HGB was accusing the blue wavy of being a yellow wavy and closing trades it had just sent.

In layman's terms, a teensy bit of the code was arse-over-tip and it is probably a good thing that HGB lacks my temper, or all of our computers would have exploded.

So, re-enable TrendWave trading and see what happens. Perhaps not on any live trading accounts just yet.
