Me too.. I stick to the London and USA sessions trading only the strongest signals and keeping to the rules that TJF wrote. So far it is proving profitable with little or no drawdown.

Nope.. despite high hopes whatever period of MML whether 256, 64, 32, 16 or 120 or any number I have experimented with is no better (nor worse) than xx.00 lines that Bob recommends or ATR/ TMA bands or ...

Now that doesn't mean discard the previous template .. suppposed points of SR are just that and price action often supports whatever model being tested.. without a super computer and lots of forward testing time it's really hard to tell but the honest answer right now is I don't think the MML add much value.

I have however found another SR indicator on this very forum that is simpler and still more technical than xx.00 lines and maybe useful.. time will tell and I will post when/if I can prove it adds value.

Until then.. keep it simple and use what works. I have been playing with D1 this week with only an hour or so acccess to laptop each day. Have to wait so long to see if actually making any progress on D1 .. can't wait to get back to H1 but away from home now for the rest of this month.

Glad to see the posts though and looks like plenty of pips have been taken. Crack on!

Isn't it funny how complexity is sometimes a let down?

I'm gonna play around with just showing the 2, 4, and 6 lines along with the .50 and .00

Still keeping shorts From EU , GU and NZDUSD closed 2 on gu for +500 pips and one on EU for +250

You kept your positions for various Hurst cycles? How do you determine when to close and when to keep your positions open?
