This is one of those trading systems that teaches u patience.. after 2 weeks, here are my trades so far..

(I'm not totally sure I entered the g/u trade right, but just going by what the indies say)

still same 4 trades. e/u is setting up now, so maybe that'll trigger soon. u/cad still looks good on the weekly chart, but the signals are mixed on daily.. it'll be a good test of the system to see if turns around and the weekly gave a good signal and the SL I set was enough wiggle room or if price hits my SL and then goes the other way. It might be good if the trade DOES lose, but the SL keeps me for huge DD as the price continues in the wrong direction. Either way, it's good that this is only demo and we can learn..

Aloha all! Trading is over for this week, but looks like I got some activity on geppy.. it closed for +100 pips after I moved the SL when the trade was positive more than 200 pips. Here's a quick snapshot showing how the trend is still strong and so I wonder how much further it will go.. did price just retrace enough the hit the SL and maybe the jumping SL needs to be bigger for geppy (maybe e/j, too) or maybe those pairs don't fit into this system?

Hi all,

This week was more action packed.. uj is the only hold out. other than that, I have an open trade on every pair I'm testing now. (I did jump the gun a bit by trading the gj after only 1 bar re-trace)

after what seemed like a long wait, the trades are moving good and in the right directions..

Update:

I modified the trade management rules a bit because the trades were moving fast, I didn't want to miss some SL changes, and I got tired of doing the math.. I just use a TS of 100 pips after the trade hits 105 pips in profit. That's why some of the numbers are not nice and even. also, I messed up and opened another trade on uj so had to close the first one.. (silly FIFO rule) Here are my closed trades from last night..

Hi all,

another week of trading.. yay. this week started out with trades open on all the pairs I'm trying. Let me just say, STEVE'S MPTM IS AWESOME! after some time reading the manual (again, I read it years ago, too) and tweaking the right settins, I think I finally have things set up. It's a great tool and I'm sure it could handle most any type of trade management scheme u would want. Right now I have it putting on a 400 pip SL as soon as a trade is opened, waiting for a 5 pip BE when price hits 100 pips in profit, then it trails with a 100 pip SL until the trade fizzles out. It already worked on a geppy trade that ran too fast and I never would of made the modification to SL (I wasn't even watching the Empty4) and won me 5 pips, vs. the 400 pip loss that it may hit now. thanks MPTM.
