Yes - set the JS to true and setting to 0 and the actual JS will be based on whatever ATR setting you have applied in the ATR section at the top

I saw that the EA keeps pending orders from 2 - 3 days ago - is that correct?

Hi all

I know this topic is not supposed to be asked here but I'm really scratching my head.

I'm using OANDA with broker time at GMT-5, which has the D1 start at broker time 00:00 (12pm my local time, which shouldn't matter anyway).

My setting for the trading hours is +0.10,-0.25.

However, the EA says it is outside trading hours. If I leave the trading hours blank, the EA will run normally. So I am really at a loss and perhaps I've missed something else?

Edit: Answering my own question.

Now I know why already. The trade opening and management is only done within the 15 minutes (from 00:10 to 00:25). The EA is not supposed to do anything else outside the specified trading hours.

Hopefully I get this correct now.

Hi guys,

I'm new here.
First I wanna say Hi!
I followed steve's welcome pm and it lead me here :youknow:

Today i run PPoS on demo.. at first It could open pending orders, then I close all the trades because i want to changes the lot size from 0.05 to 0.02. then a few mins after the adjustment I re-run the EA again, but nothing happened.
I tried to restart the Empty4, deleted all the line/arrow on the chart, create new chart, but no luck.
No pending orders opened at all, all day.

is this could be i missed the train few mins ago?the trades conditions isn't fulfilled?
this morning I looked at EURUSD, Monthly and Weekly candle both UP, but Daily candle down.
At first it could open pending trades, and then it doesn't.

Please any help guys?newbie needs some help

(meanwhile i'll try on another pairs, any other suggested pairs that works well with PPoS?)

OK guys, tried on another pair and it's works now.

Seems i missed the train while setting lots size earlier on EURUSD.

Pls info how many and what pairs do you suggest that works best with PPoS?

The manual says...

◦ Enter trading periods in your own local time. Forget broker server time and GMT
offsets.

But.. the EA settings state...

tr2a Use 24H format, broker time.

Should I go by the EA since it may be a newer version than the manual?

The code uses TimeCurrent() (which is broker time) to compare against the tradingHours setting. So, yes, use broker server time for the tradingHours.

Btw. PPoS was designed to set its trades just after the open of a new daily candle. That's why tradingHours defaults to "+0.10,-0.25" (i.e. trade between 10 minutes past midnight and 25 minutes pas midnight)

Hi guys!

I'm using PPoS v1j successfully, but I don't get PPoS 2 to make any trades.
I have already tried different setfiles, different uploads of the 2nd version, different accounts (GP, FxPro,..), with and without MPTM,...
I don't get any error messages, just nothing, of course there's a smiley everywhere..

With PPoS I usually get the message "MultiTrade Lot was adjusted to Minlot=0.01", when I change MainTradeRiskPercent, with PPoS 2 I don't get any messages..

Is there any difference between setting up PPoS 1 and 2, anyone has any hint, what could be the problem?

You are not alone - it might be on your side, but it is very likely some MT4crap-problem some coder will hopefully identify some time.
