This is my last 5 weeks trading D1 with HTF10080 (weekly) confirmation, it does a pretty good job of only take trades in the longer TF direction.
28 pairs.
Only manual intervention is I am closing all orders friday before market close.
Setfile attached.

Week 11 +658 pips
Week 12 -175 pips
Week 13 -410 pips
Week 14 +339 pips
Week 15 -395 pips


All 5 weeks summary, see picture below:
Please look at pips only, I have changed lotsizes over this period.

Thank you for the info. I love watching people trade, it inspires me ;)

One question:

Could you give us some detail about your losing trades ? what signal the ea received and were you in profit at all at this point. did the ea close on an opposite signal or hit your SL ?

etc... the usual stuff.

V 1g is in post 1.

HGB saves the current chart as a template, then reloads the template every ChartRedrawMinutes minutes - default is 10. This removes signals placed on the chart and left behind after the market conditions change and the signal is no longer relevant. He checks market and pending trades, closing/deleting those sent during the formation of the current TradingTimeFrame candle.

This is a highly significant update and anyone using HGB should replace their previous version with the latest.

Wow Steve, this sure sounds like a big deal! I can't imagine a scenario, where this would not make HGB more profitable. Upgrade done :-)

Hi All,

As committed last week I have set up 6 Platforms to test the HGB crash/recovery technique.
The plan is to :
- Run a DEMO account and when HGB hands back his wins
- Fire up the "Live" account to take advantage of the next run
- Disable the "Live" account once good profit has been made (Target suggestions please?)

Hi Steve,

I am a little confused about this development. Tommaso went out of his way to make the HGI indicator not repaint, so that once loaded, signals for previous candles would not be updated. By reloading the charts and HGI we are getting new/updated signals. If we desire to have updated signals, wouldn't it be easier to use the HGI library, instead of reloading the chart/indicator every n minutes?
