I did a quick tweak to the program so set the last Input to your TF (5, 15, 30, etc.) but not sure if the 5 will give you usefull information or just kill your CPU.

I am not sure if it will be much use either , I am looking at momentum using CSS to enter 00 level trades on M15

I will let you know if I have any success.

I did a little tweak to this, it now shows the lower TF in this sequence: M5, M15, H1, H4, D1. I don't watch M30 so it's not there.

In the case of a broker using a suffix in symbol like GBPUSDecn what do I have to do to get the Currency Slope Strength Indicator working correctly?

Hi fire580,
Would have expected the indicator to work as is. Kindly advise on the problems you are encountering.
As an alternative you may wish to try the following settings on the CurrencySlopeStrength indicator :-

autoSymbols -> true ;
weighOnlySymbolOnChart -> true ; [ if requiring quicker response and less load on cpu].
showOnlySymbolOnChart -> true ; [ if requiring quicker response and less load on cpu].

This is not true.

Setting 'weighOnlySymbolOnChart' to true significantly changes how the indicator works. Using this to lower resource use is not a good idea.

The same could be said for 'showOnlySymbolOnChart', but this only limits the display to the currencies of the chart's symbol.

Hi Paul, Hope you are well.
Could you kindly advise on a query relating to your impressive SlopeStrength indicator. Very useful at the higher timeframe, but currently “timeframe” can be set only to 'D1' or 'H4'. As an intra-day trader, a lower time frame would prove more convenient as shorter term trades are the main focus.
Would it be possible to amend the indicator to include options for both H1 & M30 in order to determine the Slope Strength of currencies [respective averaged TMA Slope values] for these lower timeframes. Or would such change not prove viable in this instance. Thnks.

The Currency Slope Strength is great indicator but on my Oanda platform it only works when the markets are open. Is there another version which works when the markets are closed?
