Request: A Custom Stochastic Crossover indicator

Hello does anybody happen to have a bit of a custom stochastic crossover indicator that shows a crossover when it happens as a signal or maybe a histogram or as arrows but only shows a buy when the fast period stoch line has come out from below 30 and now is above 30 or when it is a sell the fast line has come down below 70 after being above 70?
