MA that will accept high values and draw levels

I am looking for a moving average indicator that will accept higher values than the default one in Empty4 (4000 in my case) and which will also draw levels a defined pip value away. It should also be able to draw the standard MA's - simple, exponential, linear weighted etc. Does anyone here have something like that? Any help is appreciated
