Windows 10

Hi all,
Today I did the unthinkable: I installed a beta-version from Windows 10, and updated Empty4 to the latest build. The classic story of the blind helping the crippled.
I am awaiting a nomination for" The National Bravery Award" or a call from the Royal Society of Psychiatrists to pay them a visit.

Anyway, I tried to install the latest WideRangeBodyHGB. When compiling , it gives: Error writing ex4!
But I have other Ea's running on different instances of Empty4 on the same PC without a problem.

Any suggestions?

Hmm, that's strange, I also have Windows 10 and since build 10074 was released I haven't had any issues with Empty4, I just compiled Wide Range Body HGB in the latest Empty4 build with no problems.

I installed Windows 10, the retail version.
After installing Empty4 (globalprimemt4setup.exe), there is no MQL4-folder in Explorer??
Anyone who can help??

Hello Ludo,

To find your mql4 folder, start your Empty4, and in the menu : file, click on open data folder.

You'll find here all your previous folders
