I received a change request to be able to switch-off signals you're not interested in. So, I have introduced three new parameters:

• ShowTrendSignal (default: true)
• ShowRangeSignal (default: true)
• ShowRadSignal (default: true)

By setting any of these parameters to false, it will continue looking further backwards (upto: MaxBarLookback), to find a signal. So, if there is a RANGE signal at shift=2, but ShowRangeSignal=false, and the next most recent signal is a TREND signal, it will show the TREND signal, along with the candle shift of that TREND signal. Obviously, if you set all three of these parameter to false, you won't get any signals.

Version 32 and 32L are in Post 1.

Any error messages in the Experts-tab ? It is obviously working on my platform. Don't know what to say. Have you got the latest hgi_lib.ex4 (in \Libraries) and HGI_v17.00.ex4 (in \Indicators)?

thanks for getting back rene, all good here, latest hgi v17 in indicators,hgi lib in library folder, the log is telling me it cant open the folder, there is a little grey dot attached to the matrix icon in the indicator list on the left, dont know if that means anything, anyway i will just use the previous version for now, cheers

The little grey dot just means that you only have the .ex4 file (compiled file), but not the .mq4 file (source code) for the indicator. Eg. for HGI_v17.00 we only have the .ex4 file and it looks like:

whereas, for the HGIMatrixMTFv32 and HGIMatrixMTFv32L you should have the source code, so it should look like:

Selection_094.jpg

The message in the log file that it can't open 'the folder' is more likely going to be the cause of the fail. So, I would be interested to know about the exact wordings of that error message.

Mmm, I took me a while to break it and generate the same error as you. The way I did it was to change the security settings of the .ex4 file:

You might want to try changing those and see if it makes any difference.

Hi rene , tried the security idea didnt work, loaded it on another global prime platform and it works, any thoughts on that, all good fun
