That's where I get lost!

I can see the 3 pushes to the 1st level and again to the 2nd level. Your L3 has only 1 push at best.
The end result is:
1/. You are looking for L3 on the way down, whilst I'm still looking for L3 on the way up.
2/. You are making pips out of this and I'm not. lol

sorry bro the first level i pointed contains 3pushes which makes it one level, the top one is levels 2/3 that was were mr fox dirty it up so that we cant see them. learn how to recognize them ok.
