once it has built up the history file and starts trading will there be need to have Empty4 continuosly running?

The EA enters a TP figure when placing a trade so from the point of view of existing trades
the answer is no the PC does not need to be left ON.
However, to be able to add new trades (remember that trading conditions aren't right all the time and for not to disturb the EA I suggest you leave the PC on.

I keep running 4.2 on demo and live. I changed TP to 25 and it seems to close most trades before big DD. So far I am in profit.
With 4.3 CAFA it open less trades and I close them when they reach good profit manually. So far in profit.

Hello friends.

I'm done with the 4.4 version. It's on the first page, post #1 as always. The frame I used for the EA is one of Steve's old bots "Jor". This was not an easy task, as I had to figure out a way to modify the indi as well (by myself since no one replied to my posts for help). So now you'll need to load the Gann_SQ9_A6 indi that's on page one also.

This EA will close orders that go sour via the ADX. As well as having the Gann indi being "helped" by the ADX and the RSI - even then it still gets misguided once in a while. I ran a 3 month B/T on E/J, and attached are my results.

Sorry about this, but I'm truly not convinced with the current performance of the 4.4.
So please disregard using it until I have upgraded it... Give me a little more time here.
I think that I'm going to use the awesome Nanningbob's trend stuff with the Gann indi (or at least I will attempt to). Be back soon...

Fyi, my results since only 5/1 on FXDD trading every pair using .1 lots with amount 25 and 33 both = 25 is a loss of $100 with -$12 DD atm. I'll begin running the new version now. Any suggestions as to which pairs are best, I am beginning to suspect I should narrow the pairs I trade.
