Downloading tick data into an csv / excel file

Hi,
Is it possible to download tick data (including bid / ask and tick time) into a csv / excel file? I'm hoping there is a magical script available somewhere which does this?
I'm wanting to download it from a particular broker for the last 3 - 5 years. I've used Bully Pepperstone data that is available on the internet already but want to use my particular broker's data and they don't seem to have provided it freely over the net.
