Social trading, twitter signals

Do any of you use twitter aggregators or something like stocktwits to form trading signals based on sentiment? Any pro's and con's would be appreciated, as I'm finding different opinions on the subject of how the crowd forms an opinion and if that can be a solid foundation for a currency pair or stock to move up or down.
