1. I’m not a student !
2. I had already the challenge of live trading and lost „enough“ !
3. If you look the bots used here you understand, that starting with a capital of 100 $ is useless and
makes no sense at all !
4. Loosing 100 $ again and again is a waste of time and it is painful as well.
5. A bot not doing the job well on demo won’t do it on a live account as well. And yes, doing it well on
a demo account doesn’t mean that he’ll do it on a live account … I know it !
6. If you have any EAs bringing great success you may post them here or elsewhere … right ?
7. I have my own way to succeed and pursue my own goals using my own methods !

Hi AGT, curious about your observations on the number pairs required for the xfactorno set with MPTM. After looking at the test history, you really kick in the profits when correlated sets move together it seems? I am trying to figure out if one can use less, uncorrelated, pairs with similar results and save on transaction costs.

I believe demo testing is very very important... people say its a waste of time but I disagree. People dont understand that you can use the Demo as the master and copy the trades to the live account. You dont get hit by the wild swings in prices in live plus they dont see your stop losses to hunt etc. Use a local trade copier and problem fixed. Thats the only way I would use an EA on a real account. Place it on demo and copy the open and closes to the real money account.

Demo is very important and if it doesnt work on demo there is no way its going to work Live. Just my thoughts on it...

Sorry, I do not see any advantage to follow the thread by considering what you intend to publish.

Please be not angry, if you are still a student, but your efforts are waste of time.

Open a real mini-account for $100 or whatever, then let us talk about your experiences.
That might be a challenge, you can grow with.

So today we could see what may happen suddenly ....

So, I was alredy willing to abandon the 2 ESW bots - v3 +v4 as losers. However todays market moves completely changed my mind, bcz this jumping EURUSD switched them to winners. Waiting patiently brought the success ! Yes - we never know, what may happen next, but in any case this recent result convinced me of the reliability of the ESW let it be either v2 or v3 or even v4 !

My ElGranHalcon test does not look so good atm ... hmmm, but perhaps we never know in this case as well ?

I see the latest profitable basket closed today on your GP14 PPoS account was +8.31%
Did you adjust it down from 10% basket TP?

Where do you see closed baskets at GP 14 my friend ?

No baskets are closed so far, however this GP14 thingy is atm really in a nice 8 % win ! Oh boy, my shaky fingers are ready for clicking all the "close" crosses of the bunch of open trades in the "Terminal" in the bottom of the Empty4 platform !!!

Lets see will we get after a long time again a pretty 10% basket ? That would be a nice gift to mark the first anniversery of this PPoS account !

Your remark about the "AlienForexPlayerOrlandoPirate" sounds pretty informative !

This bot isn't in my test focus atm anymore. And it seems to me that AFP OrlandoPirate isn't very popular now ? At least noone is posting here in the forum results.
