However from that point forward no other charts will open either, the only way I can correct this is to reload the indicator.

Sorry, Grant, but I can not reproduce the "fault". And I tried really really hard to break it. Tried it on Windows 7, Windows 10 and Linux/Wine. If you click on a wavy or arrow symbol for a pair that has no open chart yet, it will open up that chart and load the specified template, and if the chart was already open, it will make the corresponding chart window the active window. I can do this all day without fail.

What platform did you use to get this to fail?

Thank you for looking into this, it is interesting that you can't reproduce it, I am running Windows 8.1 Pro, and Empty4 V4 build 890, on an intel i7 4700 chipset. It may well be a peculiarity of Win 8.1 that is responsible or some other conflicting software on my PC. Please don't waste any more valuable time on it, I'll just have to keep track of which charts I have open until I upgrade my PC to Win 10.

i just downloaded the other files and loaded the old library file of hgi_lib.exe , (which was in my computer) it says expired

but v32 non repaid version works

This has been discussed many times. The HGIMatrix uses the hgi_lib.ex4 library and one of the various HGI indicator files. But these files are distributed and discussed at the HGI thread. That's their home and that's where they are kept up-to-date. And if you were looking for a hgi_lib.mq4 file, tough luck, as the source-code of this marvelous piece of work is tightly guarded by the geniuses who developed it. And frankly, the assumption that I somehow forgot to attach it to the first post is very disrespectful.

This tool is incredibly useful.
I watch 30 pairs, wait for a strong signal ( TREND UP/DOWN signal), place my order with a small take profit and wait for the prophecy to fulfill !
I am looking at M15, H1, H4 time frames and using 10 pips tp for M15, 20 for H1, and 30 for H4.

My only concern is that I don't understand (yet) why the symbols appear.

The Matrix is a multi-pair tool for this strategy.

Well, the matrix is powerful, but I feel the HGI indicator is not reliable by itself only.
You have to match it with other signals, it reversed a lot of time on me the last time I played with it.

Since then I have learn not to trade against the trend to maximise your chances (I am still a newbie !).
So before taking a position, check the higher time frame too !

The HGI is no self-initiating strategy for sure, and I don't know
any tool, which is acting like a robot and successful too.

You have to do your 'trader's homework' to reach and stay on the
green side. If you have done this carefully, the HGI is helping a lot
