How is my labeling here?
I've finished the series of documents that was linked 15 pages or so.. Now i'm just reading the whole thread in reverse order
CJ said we don't post enough failed charts here so I'm hoping we can have some constructive learning for the newbies!

If you can't determine where the you are in a cycle on any given pair, why do you try to force a trade there? Is it not easier to look at one of the other pairs for a clearer picture? I can never understand that....

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is in reference to higher time frames as shown by the posts below ours. If this is true, how far "up" do you have to go to know what cycle you are truly in? Daily? Monthly? Decade?

The pushes you see between levels are in themselves levels on a lower time period....

How can I tell you how far you have to go to see what you are looking for?? Not possible...

I can only tell you that if you don't see it, you can't create it...move along to another pair...

I thought I saw the levels, hence why I drew them on the chart.. They look valid to me and believe they fall in line with what I expect to be a complete move, knowing that it usually takes 3 moves but sometimes it can be 4. Apparent by your response though this count is incorrect, I will try harder in the future to "see" it.

A bit lost here. My gut feeling tells me it should go down, but picture is unclear. Gotta go get some fresh air and a cup of coffee and re-evaluate it with a clear head.

Where are you in the cycle? There's always a larger as well as smaller cycles...don't bury your nose so close you can't see what you're trading...

That's why I was bearish on it, but messed up with counting pushes. Lesson learned (hope so). Thanks for this valuable teaching boss, means a lot to me. :hi: Need to take off my noob glasses and start seeing broader picture.

I guess some people don't really wona study this stuff on there own. you kept asking the same question but you didn't practice it, CAPTAIN has been saying the same thing everyday but same question keeps repeating itself. your pdf comprises of all the problems and solutions you need. you just need to sit down with your Empty4 and practice this shit. its very simple but you need your brain to catchup. please every weekend check your chart history your will see how those pattern repeats Itself. study..study and study Remember you have to know where you are in the circle, I want to Thanks CAPTIAN for his time and help. :hi:

Just an advice of another 'learner'.
After practicing a few weeks.... read the whole thread again. You will be amazed how much the weeks of practice-trading will change your perception of the information hidden in the thread and charts.

And read the thread itself! ...NOT ONLY the PDF's. The PDF's are very helpful (big thank you to those who made them), but they are a limited selection of information from the thread collected by somebody else.
That somebody else had a different starting point in knowledge and experience than you. The makers of the PDFs likely selected different things for their PDFs, than the information and posts which would be important for you. You really need to read the original information and make your own selection.

I am halfway through my second reading now, and I realized that I find many things I missed in the first reading ... So I am pretty sure I should probably read the whole thread a third time after more practicing.
It will take an effort ... but I am sure it is worth it.
The first reading got me to a point where I consistently make good trades with obvious clear setups
The second reading will hopefully get me ready for more aggressive (for me yet less obvious) trades.
A third reading might get me to my end-goal where I see trade setups on H4, so I can take longer term trades.... Scalping 30-50 pips is fun, but I need more sleep

You "see" what you are looking for because you have created an illusion, something that is real to you and you will "see" it because that is what you are looking for, even if it it isn't really there... thanks for the markup, that was a setup to make the point. I sold you a lie, the same as the Fox does....

It's good advice, reason being you come here with a mindset full of beliefs that are not your own. They are beliefs about trading, as "taught" to you by others, and their beliefs are now "accepted" by you as your own. This thread is about forgetting all that bullshit and learning for yourself how to trade and what this market is all about. You have been sold a lie, bought into and and now the lie becomes your truth...

It's like you are going to war and you have allowed your enemy to train you and your army... how can you ever expect to win??
