EA based on support/resistance

Post by jhs »

Hi,
is there anyone here who is testing the h4 countertrend strategy, please?
I'm testing it from the beginning of June but it has not placed any trade so far.
Thanks

Cheers

The countertrend setting is buggy, at the moment works only the trendstrategy, but the original bot is doing a countertrend strategy, so you could try this one..

to me i don't think the amount of bounces off of it is what would be more important. I think what's more important and valuable is taking a level bounce from a high enough time frame (minimum h1)

I was manually back testing an idea with supply/demand and then stumbled on this.

Where in EA can I choose modify that it does not set to break even until 50+ pips are reached and set my target to 100 pips.

This settings are not previsted as the EA was created second the request in the first post, just use the EA together with APTM or MPTM and you can manage the trades like you want..

Wonderful thank you.

What if i want it to disregard trend and have it buy/sell proven strength/resistance areas only.

Sorry if these are bad questions.
