Well Tommaso,

I have and it doesnt match up that good with the settings in milaneseAPTM_235a, but it does match more with Steves MPTM.

I had a look at it again and now i try i understand why it didn't kick in, the ATR was active and that override the manual settings, i used 1440 for TP and this also affected the BE settings, i have now turned it down to 240 looks better.

MPTM is a wonderful utility. I was setting it up and it was running fine up until 2 hours ago.
But since last 2 hours, it has started crashing the Empty4 whenever I go to EA property's INPUT tab.

It does not matter if I change any setting or not. If I just visit the INPUT tab and click OK, the whole Empty4 crashes.

Windows Task Manager shows that CPU usage spike after clikcing OK, even though the memory usage remain quite low.

In past 2 hours I have reinstalled Empty4 several times. I have also created a completely new window user account. But issue is still there.

Initially this was only happening on Global prime Empty4 and MPTM was working fine with Bully Pepperstone's Empty4. But now even Pepper's Empty4 is crashing.

Any idea about what to do. ?

P.S: This Empty4 crash only happens while using MPTM. Even APTM works fine. The issue seems to be specific to MPTM for some reason.

Disable Autotrading before changing your settings. Even better disable autotrading remove MPTM and put a fresh one onto the chart.

I couldn't find an answer to this in the forum.

I am using MPTM with PPoS and I today and some times in the past had the problem, that it didn't close all open orders, although "GlobalOrderClosure" is enabled.
Maybe it's because of the close time frame, it was about two orders, which opened at about 10:38, while Global Profit was hit at 10:41

I have my GlobalProfitTarget set with PercentageProfit, does anyone have experience, why this doesn't work properly, could it be the short time between opening and hit? Is there anything I could do about this?

The problem is most likely the time at which I coded the bulk of mptm - shortly after discovering Forex and starting to code nearly 10 years ago. I had no idea at the time what a pissartist of a crapform is Empty4 and so included none of the reinforcement mechanisms that I include automatically these days.

I have often remarked that were I to rewrite mptm, it would bear little resemblance to the ea we have in front of us. mptm is a monumental piece of kit and I am reluctant to mess with it these days. I will have a look when I have a mo, and see if some additional reinforcement can be safely added without risking LUC and his buddies arriving for the bender of the decade.

hi guys, ive been looking for a trade manager and i saw this and its awesome! as i read the instruction manual.. im looking for a specific thing it will do and i cant find it here.. for example in EURUSD, i have 3 trades of buy and 1 trade of sell. i want a basket TP ($10) or sl($10) buy orders and never touch the 1 trade sell, i dont care if the sell order is a lossing trade, all i want is to close all the buy orders with tp or sl. if this EA can do that, please show me how to do that.. thanks and more pips to come
