it trails the open position in win if possible and adapts the pending order(not with the basic trade, here will only trailing be active), automatic, just try it on a demo account, it is a new function and experimental, but in my test results were prometting..

Hi Tommaso, Do you plan on adding this trailing feature to the flow with ALR? I would be interested in testing this.

No , but you can deactivate the ALR function in the Flow plus ALR EA and use it in combination with the ALR trade manager latest version.

A few questions:

Do we set the main magic number to match that used in our main strategy or should it be different?

Does the spread adding feature take the current spread into account in setting the lot sizes?

spread adding feature takes spread in to account for calculations of TP and SL, magicnumber must be set to the magicnumber of basic trade..

Thank you. One more, I hope lol. I am assessing different periods and TF for the ATR for a daily strategy that holds anywhere from 1-5 days typically. With respect to ATR settings, when the ALR kicks in, and ATR is say around 200, will the manager use that 200 ATR value for all subsequent ALR trades is a "series" or will the manager constantly adjust TP and SL based on the current ATR throughout the series? If the later, when does it adjust for ATR? Only at the time the pending is placed? Thanks again! Really like this manager so far.

It adjust every new pending trade, if you would cancel the exiting pending and the SL/TP of the open, it would open a new one, adjusted to the actual ATR and set new adjusted SL/TP, but makes imo not much sense.

I just stumbled upon this last weekend. I was thinking of using it on an EA that doesn't use magic numbers but just tradecomments. Would you think it work also?

if you set magicnumber to 0 it should run, if your EA is the only EA trading on the specific pair and opens not more than one trade...

I have been using this EA now with some good success. But there is one issue I have with my way of trading and this EA. I dont know if this is something that could be easily adjusted but perhaps you could take a look if you think that it could be of common interest.

I am only using this EA to manage my loosing trades, so I have the setting "useNoTpForFirstTrade" set to TRUE.

Lets say that I make a trade and it goes in my direction. I close half of the position and set stop loss to break even for the remaining position.

Now I get another opportunity and opens another trade, and this is where I get some problem. When I open a new trade your EA closes my previous one, even if it is in some good profit.

Is it perhaps possible to make it ignore trades where the stop loss is at break even or in profit? Or maybe make it possible for the EA to manage several trades on the same pair?
