Fxcm just sent out their successful trader traits PDF a few days ago. They stated that of the profitable traders the avg single trade win was 35 to 60 pips depending on pair.

I am having problems managing my trades due to work or sleep, so I was wondering if it would be profitable to have an ea manage my trades so that when a trade is +35 or so, move a stop to say +25, and let the trade run until I am able to check on it.

Would this work long term?

Casey,

I think what you have shown in your chart is 3 levels, accumulation and stop hunt. 4H chart seems to confirm and the daily trend is down at the moment.

As always, do your own research - I can't see the second pin of an M yet.
