Mike, your doc about time is plenty of information. Most of it I don't understand at first read but it is a great reference. Got it saved to PC and will eventually understand with time.

Hi all,

Firstly PPOS is awesome, thank you all for this amazing EA and the opportunity to play with it

I have had PPOS 1l set up on a vps and it is trading fine. Today I tried setting it up again on a different VPS with the exact same setting but no pendings are coming through. The SET files are exactly the same and so are the charts. There is also a smiley face in the corner. I have tried restarting Empty4 but to no avail... Anyone else had this issue?

Good day to all. I'm working around ATR based setup, where TP is a long shot managed by trend change closures.
And have few noob questions.

Has anyone a track record on effectiveness of "CloseTradesOnTrendChange" vs "Slope closures"? Which one would be more accurate?

I want to use ATR period 14 for my stops only not TP. How would I set this up within the EA?

Hi all,

first of all thanks for a great community and awesome EA.

i have a chance to play around with PPoS for the pass week or so, and below are a few questions that i have in mind. Much appreciated if some one could enlighten me.

I see that there are a few indicators settings under the inputs set that can toggle on and off. Such as Stochastic, CCS, moving average, RSI, most of them are turned off by default but what will this effect the EA if toggled on? Would it effect the pending trade positions?

I understand that trading hour is Broker time, however what about under end of week month trade closure and deletion time? I recall Steve mention on previous post that this IS local time, and since i am 6 hours ahead of my broker do i set the TradeClosureDate = 6, WinningTradeClosureHour = 1, LosingTradeClosureHour = 3 according to local time?
