This EA, you have to set iy on every pair that you like to trade and scan thru it every morning. You scan them this way, like fxozgirl? Or you have a better method of picking up trades. Pls share.

I used the "good pairs" of fxozigirl.

I also have her template & settings, only have put 0.03 lots and 200% max margin.

EA take no trade this week, look like no signal for him since the last fall of euro.

I have took a -80 pips trade manual today, but i don't worry cause EA will do his job

Took some manual loss, I stop trading scalping manual now look like my system is out of date. Nevermind Gday protect me and recover almost my losts.

I have deposit moore € Im now 500+€ real and will no trade manual anymore so my goal is now to recover my debt of 37% loss p/l since this account is open last year, look like easy as i look how do well Gday.

Thanks, I am monitoring both "OK and good pairs". USDJPY has a buy signal. Also I am using NB10.2 system.

I was lurking around for some while..., decided now to contribute and hopefully can share some experiences from my side. I was testing Gday for some while now on demo (besides nb10.2 ), also made lots of backtests (open price) just to compare new settings with standard settings. I know about the problem of data quality in Empty4 backtests, but using the same bad data to compare results I think can give us some kind of idea. Currently I am running live 10 pairs.

Based on the tests I am running individual settings for each pair... mainly I introduced changes on the stoch settings and the TPs.
From what I saw is compared to the standard settings 75/25 I was able to reduce the drawdown almost for every pair I was able to test.

Initially my doubt was... why has it to be 80/20 or 75/25 or whatever values which sum up to 100. I mean price moves differently on each pair... stronger DT moves, weaker UT moves ... so I started to test with values like 72/20 or 74/23 etc... on each pair... trying to do some optimization.

If there is interest I can share my set files with you later. I'm currently at work

It's a reasonable thing to do -- you're basically trading the larger trend. Balanced stoch levels (80/20, 75/25, whatever) make it equally easy to go long or short. By skewing the trigger levels to 70/20 or 80/30 or whatever, you make it "easier" to go short or long. E.g. if EURJPY has been trending down for a few months, it makes sense to lower the sell trigger level from 80 to 70 so you can catch more sells in the down trend.

I'll have to experiment with that in my Tradestation backtest... but that's one of about 7 projects I'm juggling so it might take me a while. Go ahead and share your results, capmojo!

In my signature please find my shared live account whith Gday running on it. I defined a custom start date to the beginning of this month when I started Gday live. If there's something wrong with permissions please let me know...

I have uploaded all tests to myfxbook (strategies), but I still have to figure out how to share those.

Here some of the tests I was able to run on 10 pairs for last 2 years (ThinkForex). Also included are the setfiles.
For me most important was the comparison of the settings, not the final results on every pair because of quality of test data (Empty4)... I used open price only, think that's how the EA also works.

If I were to test the EA on ie. 1H or 4H timeframe, is it just to put it on these timeframes or is it hardcoded only to D1?

I would like to test other timeframes...
